By using CalBuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use CalBuddy.

2. Description of Service

CalBuddy is a Chrome extension that allows users to control Google Calendar using natural language. The extension uses artificial intelligence to interpret user commands and perform actions in Google Calendar.

3. Google Calendar Access

To use CalBuddy, you must grant the extension permission to access your Google Calendar. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your Google Calendar through your use of CalBuddy.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of CalBuddy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use CalBuddy for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of CalBuddy or the servers or networks used to make CalBuddy available
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CalBuddy, other user accounts, or computer systems
• Use any automated means to access or use CalBuddy
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of CalBuddy

6. Intellectual Property

CalBuddy and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use CalBuddy without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CalBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that CalBuddy will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use CalBuddy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms. Your continued use of CalBuddy after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CalBuddy at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
